This Turkish-style Goblet drum, also called Darbuka, is light in weight but has a full sound with a warm bass and clear sounding high.
They are available in different sizes with a diameter ranging from 17 to 23 cm.
The larger the diameter the deeper the bass, the more volume and sustain.
