These long scrapers are recommended for sharpening acoustic guitar bodies. Hold and bend (tension) them slightly with both hands while using them. Using sandpaper may leave sanding dust stuck into the wood grain where scrapers won?t do this. The wood surface can be grain filled and finished easily.
This scraper is available in two different lengths: 180mm and 250mm. The shorter 180mm version is 1.0mm thick and is most practical for flat levelling. The longer 250mm version is slightly thinner at 0,8mm and is easier to bend. It?s most suitable for sanding tight spots.
