A lively agathis top with scalloped-X bracing breathes freely; laminated basswood back and sides stand fearless on the road or in the classroom.

Plug in and the stage is yours: the active Richwood EQ5 pre-amp with tuner, volume, treble, mid, bass and phase shapes a gentle fingerstyle whisper or a bright strummer’s roar without a single pedal. Intonation stays loyal thanks to a 650 mm scale, precision-cut synthetic nut and saddle, and smooth chrome die-cast machine heads. The slim Indonesian-mahogany neck flows into an acacia fingerboard bound in ivory ABS, where a 43 mm nut width welcomes both barre chords and intricate solo runs.
