The RD-17C is the top of the Richwood Artist line. The solid cedar top is of very good quality and is the biggest factor in this instruments warm and musical tone. The cedar adds a lot of warmth and immediacy to the sound, the thin satin finish allows the top to vibrate more freely. This results in a dynamic and loud sound. Much more refined than the lower models in this line, it will give you a lot of joy for years to come.
